It was an absolute privilege and honour to support over 400 unique and inspiring individuals kick-start their careers in Data. Leveraging from my 20+ years of experience in Finance, Risk Management and Data within the corporate world, I developed and delivered training and application courses on Data Literacy, Data Fundamentals, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Intelligence and Data Quality. ● Developed and delivered courses that contained over 200 focused units of training covering Data Literacy, Data Fundamentals (Power Excel, Power Query), Data Intelligence (Collibra), Data Quality (Collibra DQ and Experian) and Data Management (DAMA and EDM DCAM).● Led vendor evaluation of Data Quality/Improvement Management Solutions (Collibra, Experian, Ataccama ++), enabling subsequent piloting partnership agreements and use within focused training on Data Quality.● Coached and supported four Kubrick Consultants to achieve Collibra Ranger, the highest external competency level for Collibra practitioners. ● Provided technical leadership to Metadata Strategies, Data Maturity, Data Quality and Collibra Optimisation projects across retail, banking and energy.● Architected and implemented e2e infrastructure to support immersive Data Pipeline and Data Intelligence simulations using Snowflake, AWS, Tableau and Collibra.● Designed and implemented automated consultant assessments and feedback processes, integrating MS Forms, Power Automate and Outlook.

Responsible for creating the Global Data Governance Function and supporting capabilities (Data Intelligence Platform, Catalog, Data Modelling, Education, Roles & Responsibilities, Data Steering etc.)

Enhanced data capabilities, including Data Visualisation Strategy, Data Quality Tooling Data Governance framework as well as kick-starting a Data Literacy programme.
