 Conduct regular meetings with community members to discuss program objectives, mobilize community Participation and act as a mentor throughout the planning and implementation processes. Guide the formation of representative community cdr working groups and community project implementation Committees. Train community project implementation committee members on the cdr process  Routinely monitor the cdr projects and feedback findings to the community members and other stakeholders In close collaboration with the local authorities in Payam or Boma community leaders conduct community to identify and register exact beneficiaries households and not returnees and vulnerable host community in the area of operation. Participate in distribution of assorted crop seeds and tools that shall be provided for distribution to the communities identified. Hold meeting with the beneficiaries communities of the area to monitor their activities and give guidance where necessary. Prepare monthly report on the field activities he/she under take on monthly bases and submit to the Supervisor. Participate in the post assessment questionnaire in the area. Perform any other duties that shall be assigned to him/her by the supervisor.
