Responsible for delivering advanced data analytics support detailing 1.1M personnel at 334 DoD locations using data science, data engineering, & machine learning. I routinely engage with Air Force and Defense agencies to inform policy and work to optimize a $214M Defense Health record database by presenting monthly metrics aligned with national standards. I developed the 1st real-time Air Force Occupational Health dashboard which processes 150M data points to power Air Force-wide installation safety decisions. I manage a 5-member contract team completing several projects with expedited timelines. - A year-long published study prototyping a product informing health effects of base laydown operations. - The implementation and development of a statistical analysis package aligning DoD exposure metrics. - Prototyping of a Retrieval-Augmented Generation LLM Chat Bot for Industrial Hygiene experts. - An impact analysis tool detailing how policy changes will affect costs/medical monitoring. I introduced Tableau, Python, SQL processing to a 30-member team and established data analysis benchmarks for the Air Force's premier Occupational Health agency. The Air Force is now setting the standard for occupational analysis within the DoD. The culmination of my efforts resulted in my invitation and presentation at the Navy Safety Center's Professional Development Symposium.
