• Lectures involving next-generation health care solutions and breakthroughs in sensors, big data, predictive analytics, and biologically inspired engineering. • Worked with a team using MATLAB to predict when newborn babies went into bradycardia and hypoxia. • Presented our analytical methods and results and won 1 st place out of the 5 groups.

• Created a testing protocol for analyzing different fabric material to be used on the prosthetic socket design.• Designed tessellation patterns on SolidWorks for the internal impact liner.• Manufactured gel liner samples using silicon mixing techniques.

• Investigated articles for a literary review dealing with construction companies’ health assessments.• Wrote a detailed review on the papers’ criteria and the searching process.• Performed motion analysis on a new cleaning product compared to traditional tools using Kinovea.• Prepared a presentation to show customers the benefits of the new cleaning product and its health benefits.

• Investigated the characteristics of iron/nickel oxide nanoparticles. • Methods used were the following: magnetic field heat generation, IR sensing, and hydrogen peroxide reaction.• Goal of project to detect nanoparticles in Magnetotactic bacteria.

• Analyzed gas chromatograms of patients’ breath and mapped out their compounds. • Assisted in running breath and fungi headspace samples using TD-GC-MS analysis.• Programmed in Excel to simplify analysis of data.• Learned basic lab duties such as replacing argon tanks, calibrating tools, and recording lab notes.
