Preparing MIS report related to floor productivity regards to department wise segment• Headcount wise productivity report including parameters such as login, attendance and task completed withindeadlines.• Auditing & Review of job work & contractor employees billing as per approved rate chart.• Preparing overall unit wise sales analysis report.• Generating product wise sales trend along with previous year comparison.• Maintaining Capex register along with new project tracker, conducting through audits of projects handover by vendors
