CurrentHandling a dual role for Order Management along with MIS. Order Management (Customer Service) 1. In my earlier role I have extended a global tool called tool commerce to India to avoid manual order entry. We have upgraded this order entry system to "Smart Order" with modern user experience with additional features like live stock status, credit available status, slab wise pricing, promotional banners, etc. 2. Back Order Management: order management was very crucial when it was handed over to me. Over time, I have automated most of the steps in order management, For Example: a. Automatic Stock allocation for open orders in SAP through scheduled jobs. b. Automated the process of Delivery Order & Pick List Creation in SAP through scheduled jobs. c. Automatically respective plant code determination, automatic material code switching when discontinued. d. Automatic Order Confirmation emails to customers. e. Automatic Invoice confirmation emails to customers. 3. Additionally, I have supported the warehouse team to eway bill generation in bulk using the macro sheet. 4. I have also implemented a process for order expiry policy to have a clean order book. 5. Set up SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the order management role as a key user based on which the present operations are executed.6. Stock replenishment for 3PL warehouse. MIS Role: Publish Daily/Monthly Business Insights to Leadership team, field sales managers and to enabling teams in HO. Also designed one click Score Card with smart growth analysis by customer, produced, etcImprovements: I have revolutionized the way the data is shared within internal and field sales team by providing intelligent business insights through Power BI. In earlier role, I used to use macro + rpa for reports automation. This time I implemented an advanced data management tool SQL Server to eliminate outdated macros & excel formulas, thus providing robust output for connecting with Power BI through RPA technology.
