Job Description:As a Data Analyst, responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth for our 15-theatre canteen operation. Work closely with management, operations, and marketing teams, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:• Data Collection and Cleaning:o Gather data from various sources, including POS systems, inventory systems, and customer surveys.o Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency using Excel.o Identify and resolve data quality issues.• Data Analysis and Insights:o Analyze sales data to identify top-selling items, slow-moving items, and pricing trends.o Track customer behavior and preferences by taking Survey to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.o Monitor inventory levels by conditional formatting to minimize stockouts and overstocking o Evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.• Reporting and Visualization:o Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and reports to visualize key metrics and insights.o Present findings to management in a clear and concise manner, using effective data visualization techniques.o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.• Process Improvement:o Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.o Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements in inventory management, staffing, and pricing strategies.o Implement data-driven solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.• Predictive Analytics:o Develop predictive models to forecast future sales, demand, and customer behavior.o Use forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and staffing requirements.
