- Receiving and greeting guests.- Assigning rooms.- Managing bookings (e.g. using hotel management software).- Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures.- Performing cashier duties.- Transferring incoming phone calls to guests’ rooms and suites.- Assigning room keys and key cards to incoming guests, as well as logging the keys and coordinating room numbers in the hotel’s database.- Providing information and advice to guests.- Maintaining the lobby area, providing cleanliness and organization.- Handling any requests or complaints from guests.

- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.- Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.

- Get import documents, pay taxes and receive cargo at TCS-SCSC warehouse- Counting and inspect the cargo

- Assisting, solving and consulting customer issues related to the purchase process, after sales service, etc.
