Lead data analytics effort to meet California DPHS quality metric improvement targets, resulting in millions of incentive payments to health system.Developed 100+ reports both Clarity and Reporting Workbench for quality improvement initiatives, operations optimization, clinical research queries and to support clinic’s Patient Centered Medical Home transformation. Implemented and maintained a chronic disease Epic registry as well as disease specific patient risk scoring in EpicCare Ambulatory for clinical and research use.
