That’s the toughest question, even for me when recruiting for Data Scientist roles.I have many years of experience in recruiting candidates with background similar to my own, Maths and Statistics. These two subjects form are at the heart of all Data Science jobs, so I feel I’m perfectly placed to advise and attract these type of candidates and understand the roles I work on. Even if I wasn’t bright enough to do the jobs myself, I enjoy finding the people to do them.I don’t have a cheesy sales background, or a one size fits all solution.
