Director of a 35 person nonprofit with an annual budget of €5m+. Led on all strategy, fundraising, communications, operations, and programme delivery, answering into a board of six. Was responsible for a full rebrand, repositioning and new strategy for the Centre, leading to the delivery of over €25m of funding to support journalism organisations in Europe and train thousands of journalists.

Executive and team lead for product team (30+ engineers, designers and product managers). Responsible for the vision and delivery of over 20 innovative journalism products. Worked directly with 150 of the world’s biggest media organisations, and contributed to major partnerships with Facebook, YouTube and Google/Alphabet. The company was acquired by News Corp in December 2013, and has grew from 27 people to over 120 in New York, Hong Kong, London, Sydney and Dublin.

Responsible for shaping sales, marketing and business development strategy at Storyful. Achievements included shaping a new product range, onboarding several major new partners, and contributing to a successful acquisition of the company by News Corp.
