Working on Marketing Consultants As Bench Sales Recruiter• Analyze Requirement. Finding and matching prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, and availability with the requirement. • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.• Ensure resume appropriately reflects experience and requirement. • Check for the Candidate is willingness to relocate to the Project location in case he/she is not a local Candidate. • Ensure candidate is able, willing and ready to take the position. • Negotiate salaries/Rates with candidates and with subcontracting companies. /Independent Consultants • Seek candidate referrals from existing consultants. • Done Recruitments for Various Levels – SAP(All modules), Architects, DBA, programmer, Developer, Testers, project Managers, Business Analyst, Administrators, and Network Technicians. • Ensure that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner • Strong Knowledge of Tax terms Like, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2. • Worked Contract to Hire / Corp to Corp Positions thru Preferred vendors on all Tax terms (C2C, 1099, W2).• Worked on Full time and Federal requirements also and fetch profiles through portals DICE, Techfetch, Conrep (Monster, Career builder)• Involved in full - cycle Recruitment including Initial screening, short listing, scheduling, interviewing, making offers, closures and reference checks. • Addressing requirements, identifying resources, initial screening of the resumes, and Support further with perfect resources, scheduling the candidates and getting them technically screened and organizing interviews with the client.
