Co-founded STR Helper, the leader in software-based short-term rental compliance solutions. Our software helps cities and counties promote residential harmony by allowing them to more efficiently enforce their short-term rental ordinances. STR Helper was acquired by Host Compliance in 2019.Created the initial versions of our software product, STR Helper. Later, oversaw the continued growth of the software with an excellent team of developers. Provided leadership and guidance to the company at large. Helped bring in investors and later helped with sale of company.The STR Helper product ran on the force.com platform, mongodb, AWS, and .Net technologies managed through Azure DevOps.

Served as Saleforce.com Administrator, Developer, Trainer, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. Created custom solutions for Service Cloud, including manufacturing partner integrations, quality alerts, agent evaluation tools, and 3rd-party survey integrations. Worked on Sales Cloud deployment including custom code and 3rd-party data integrations. Technologies used: Apex, VisualForce, Triggers, SFDC API (both SOAP and REST), Email Services, Sites, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflow, Escalations, Sharing Rules, etc.
