Projects Assigned: Customized Product Development, Production Capacity Expansion, Production Line Relocation, Cost ReductionResponsibilities: - Plan and acquire resources needed, collaborating with the Equipment Engineering group. - Estimate, manage, and control project CapEx (up to $10M). - Develop and monitor NPI project plans to ensure timely delivery of assembly machines/tooling, whether built in-house or outsourced. - Assist in procurement processes with the purchasing and engineering teams, working with external vendors from local to global locations (Europe, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.) to procure products/services for project needs. - Liaise with Industrialization Project Managers in Poland to coordinate and manage transferred projects.
