My duties includes, removing garbage, recyclables such as cardboard boxes, glass bottles, plastics etc... from trash rooms into trash chutes provided for the residents on each floor also sweep and mop rooms, vacuum hallways, power wash floors in proper area's. Clean bathroom tubs, tile, fixtures, toilets inside and out plus sanitizing, cleaning kitchen appliances, sinks, countertops, cabinets, inside and out, sweeping and mopping of floors, bedrooms etc... removal of or replacing of furniture such as beds, sofas, tables, chairs and dressers. Removal of trash, tree limbs and debris from the outside grounds on the front and back of the property. Duties include much more!

duties included, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing, stackable front loading washer and dryers, unclogging tub and sink drains, snaking waste lines, repairing or replacing toilet tanks and or bowls, shower heads, dishwashers, microwaves, also aided in repairing of forced air furnaces, central air condensing units, testing troubleshooting and or replacing of electrical outlets, gfi's, light fixtures, switches, some experience in electrical wiring. I've gained some hands on experience with15 and 20 amp breakers, and much, much more...
