As the CEO of Experience Digital - my job starts with selecting our employees and ensuring they are a perfect fit for our organisation. I also have to drive company culture. Admittedly, we're aim to be on the more "relaxed" side in regards to our day to day operations, but we do that because our team can find themselves spending a serious amount of time at the office. Whether it's for a ping pong tournament or for a project that needs to be completed for a client yesterday, we make strategic trade offs in order to keep Experience Digital a great place to work and prosper. Experience Digital also prides itself on a "Equity for Staff" program, which I devised in order to allow our employees to take risks and grow their wealth. Most employees at Experience Digital have taken equity in smaller projects that either are run by our clients or have been started up by Black Nova Group with profits from our current portfolio. We find that this allows employees to actually live and breathe the startup mentality that we drill into culture, meaning that at any time, we all know why we're working those hours or drawing that blood from that stone!
