In collaboration with C-level stakeholders I was responsible for defining the product strategy and managing the roadmap for World First's online B2B and B2C foreign exchange platform, with an active global customer base of over 60,000 users.I led a cross-functional team of developers and designers, and worked closely with customers and business stakeholders to prioritise the roadmap making decisions using qualitative and quantitative data.
