Managing contractor safety which includes orientation, training, Field audit and Evaluation.Issuing all work permits such as Confined space, Hot work, cold work, and Radiography work permits. And closely monitoring of all high-risk activitiesEnsuring all Lifting activities with 100% compliance.Conducting daily TBT’s and Monthly meetings to contractor as well as employees.Certificifying scaffoldings and Tools, tackles used by at workplace.Making and reviewing of method statements, JSA & HIRA related to different activities.Conducting mock drills.Ensuring safety violation shall be captured and notified.Ensuring near miss reporting and influence to contract workmen also to report all near miss.Ensuring machine guarding and earthing inspection at quarterly basis.Ensuring Machine interlocks, payloaders, vehicles, conveyors, welding machines, grinding machines checks to be carried out on every quarter and follow up for its compliance.Conducting trainings to employees on LOTOTO, Work at Height, Hot work, Confined space.etc.Preparation and maintaining of MSDS for all chemicals.Co-ordinate to display safety caution and sign boards across the plant.Ensuring safety aspects for all new projects commissioning.Follow up towards the compliance of raised points in safety committee meeting.
