- Take full responsibility in terms of branding, sales, marketing activities for Twinings Tea (UK), UCC coffee (Japan) and Detpak packaging (Aus)- Maintain existing channels (FS channel, Horeca Channel) and expand new potential channels (MT, GT, Online…)- Planning and allocate yearly budget for marketing activities. - Monthly discussion about S&OP with brand owner. - Consult Management about New Products, Value chain, P&L.

Sales & Marketing Regional Manager Main responsibilities:- Set up Whirlpool distribution channel in VN- Coordinate Whirlpool distributors with Modern Trade for electronic products (Cho Lon, Thien Hoa, Nguyen Kim…) and developers for project sales.- Propose marketing plan to Whirlpool South East Asia office to develop brand awareness and sales.- Report and update to Whirlpool South East Asia market situation, innovation, import duty, new policy from Viet Nam government and bench mark competition => Propose right products could be sold in VN market- Updating market news, innovation of competitors, new trend, market researched... to Whirlpool SEA- Lead distributors on brand guideline, brand images...- Consult to Regional Manager on Value Chain, products, marketing plan to develop Whirlpool brand.- Support distributors on products training, planning and sales.- Expand Cooking products business in Vietnam- Expand brands portfolio under Whirlpool Corp => Launching Ariston appliances in Vietnam. - Work with Corporate Strategy team and consultant for new business modern in terms of local approbation, approaching Vietnam market, products strategy…

Country Manager- Promote sales of products under Whirlpool brand and open new accounts for JHI- Provide Director (based in Singapore) with industry/market intelligence so that they can develop their own marketing alliance projects- Consult to Managing Director products and value chain what are suitable for Viet Nam market.- Propose marketing plan to develop sale and branding- Co-operate with JHI-MARKETING Co to set up Phuc Gia Hung Co.
