Deliver end-to-end research projects, from briefing, to research design approach, through to execution, analysis and reporting drawing on a wide set of research and analytics methodologies for the Women'secret and Springfield clubs.• Deliver insights based on data from a variety of resources, including primary research projects: Reports, metrics, dashboards, sales and recruitment budgets, segmentations, predictive abandonment models, product analysis, purchase behavior.• Responsible for the commercial campaigns of our partners in all countries: design of the omnichannel contact plan; Analysis of results in response and ROI; Development and measurement of tests to maximize the profitability of campaigns.• Definition of the customer lifecycle and specific loyalty policies to the customer journey for both clubs.• Increased commercial exploitation of customer analysis results by improving the visualization and explanation of conclusions and learnings in presentations to Marketing and Sales.• Build, develop and lead a solid team of Analysts capable of providing information and solutions to the Marketing team and in the evolution of the analytical capabilities and algorithms of the department.
