I started professionally in the areas of sales, marketing and customer service in both local home-grown and global organizations. Over the years, I was also involved in sales and marketing strategy initiation, planning and execution. With over 30 years of experience as a consultant / trainer and having worked with groups globally from a wide cross-section of industry, I've got plenty of learning-infused stories to share and I'm able to share them with you in an interesting and involving way. During the last 10 years I've also had the privilege of facilitating strategy planning exercises for global organizations and government agencies. It has been very fulfilling to witness the implementation of those strategies I was party to and the resulting successful positive impact they had on their respective businesses. Being a certified MBTi practitioner has given me the opportunity to fuse the effective processes I share and teach with the human dimension that makes them succeed. As a certified DISC-Flow practitioner, I’m able to combine my knowledge and practice of the famously validated DISC methodology with Emotional Intelligence.
