I do court work. Civil and corporate litigation, to be precise. I endeavour to resolve disputes through mediation or out-of-court settlement. This results in cost savings for the client. My forte is being able to listen to the client, identify the strengths and weaknesses in the client's case, provide clear and often 'out-of-the-box' options in resolving disputes and obtain a winning solution to the client. This is backed-up from 26 years of experience at all levels of court in Malaysia.I have been told that my excellence in court work is possibly matched only by my adventures in the kitchen; my chicken biryani apparently second to none. I do not disagree.
