Main responsibilities: - Communicate with BOD and Product Manager to understand business objectives, product vision, priorities, and roadmaps.- Collaborate with customer-facing teams (Business Development, Customer Enablement) to collect users' needs.- Propose system solutions by analyzing requirements, studying product capabilities, and conducting competitor analysis.- Work with the UI/UX Designer to ideate conceptual designs of the solution through wireframe development.- Create use case diagram & activity diagram to model complex logic and flow.- Document business and system requirements into SRS and clarify the requirement to the development team.- Support the Product Owner to break features into deliverable stories which can be done in a Sprint.Key features: - Automation Workflow- Spreadsheet- Role & Permission
