- Responsible to maintain highest level of serviceability for all Mechanical and Electrical Equipment and Systems as per statutory / business requirement- Ensure all maintenance activities [Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown] are completed in a timely method and as per industry standards- Preparation of check list for Maintenance activities- Ensure to carryout maintenance as per SOPs and SLAs- Vendor Management- Coordinate with Security, Operations team and other stakeholders for permissions to perform timely execution of preventive maintenance work and other activities- Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience in the following systems:- Electrical Distribution system like HT/LT panels, switchgears, DG sets, UPS, lighting systems, pump motors etc.- Installation, maintenance, repair of electrical installation in building- Operation, Maintenance and BOQ preparation of Electrical Distribution system- Working on SAP PM , MM and manage inventory of Spares- Assist in Preparing Maintenance Reports, process invoices on monthly basis as per requirement stated in SLA- Should be able to Prioritize work, task in hand and Open to take addition responsibilities as per the requirement- Assist in Analyzing breakdowns; perform Root cause analysis and align maintenance strategy to prevent recurring breakdowns of assets- Active Participation in team development activities like 5S, Continuous improvement, Energy management system, ISO Audit Etc.- Contribute ideas & suggestions to enhance operational & environment procedures in the organization OMDA.

- Handling Technical and Non-technical Team's.- Handling the operation of Fire Fighting Systems like Hydrant, Sprinkler pumps.- Follow up with vendors for AMC (Negotiation, finalization, PO release, getting work done at a specific time).- Preparing Daily reports, Weekly reports, and Monthly reports, Monthly attendance.- All records & documents maintain related to, SLD, Fire Alarm, Work orders book, BOQ, Work Passing Records.- Maintaining Assets as per the records and maintaining data for Audit purposes.- Managing the entire area of the building. The total area is over 1000000 sq. ft.- Responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly about buildings and premises.- Shortfalls in service identified, documenting the same and highlighting to outsourced team manager with corrective actions to ensure a non-repeat of the shortfalls.- Managing the entire building operations in coordination with an outsourced team.

- Managing the entire team of MEP according to work plan.- Daily Update reports like MIS, MMR, Operational Equipment, etc.- Daily briefing to entire MEP staff.-Checking the daily complaints and follow up with vendors.- Arrange the material/ manpower/ schedule for pending works.- Monitoring Sewage treated plant. Also its water parameter such as COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, hardness, PH, COD, BOD, TSS etc.- Monitoring Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing system.- I was assigned the KRA of the entire HVAC system.

- Managing the entire team of MEP according to work plan.- Daily Update reports like MIS, MMR, Operational Equipment, etc.- Daily briefing to entire MEP staff.-Checking the daily complaints and follow up with vendors.- Arrange the material/ manpower/ schedule for pending works.- Monitoring Sewage treated plant. -Monitoring entire HVAC system through BMS software.-Keeping account of procured materials and update for daily usage of materials.- Monitoring and controlling Fire alarm system.- Operating PA system.- Record daily consumption of Energy meters.- Updating MMR and DMR reports.
