 Responsible for end to end Portfolio management, set up projects, tracking projects from initiation through to closure. Analysis of projects against their portfolio, decision making on projects re-alignment with current org Portfolio. Preparing project plans and timelines, agree key milestones and dependencies, project tracking and reporting. Project Financial management, track overall project spend and consolidating accruals, compiling latest estimates and solving finance issues for projects Producing executive level reports and presentations on health of project delivery and financial status of portfolios. Prepare & present Dashboards & Projects scorecards for senior management business reviews. Provide guidance/training on processes & standards to immediate team and to project managers in the DV. Reporting on Project financials & Schedule– Cost & Schedule variance report to track the project status. Co-ordination of resource planning in relation to project support resources within org to support the project portfolio. Forecasting resource allocations by confirmation from respective managers and updating on resource management tools. Point of Contact for communicating with Planning Team in Headquarters for projects set up, resources and budget related queries. Co-ordinate with finance team for accurate revenue recognition Involved in supporting company audits on project management.

• Responsible for complete system testing of BSP packages of different SOCs of vendors like Qualcomm, INTEL, TI, Marvell, SPRD and STE.• Leading a team of 12 members and assigning the testing tasks to the team.• Involvment in product life cycle management (From Product initiation approvals till Operator Technical Approval)• Tracking project quality management plan including defect finding rate, schedule variance, effort variance and review efficiency, coordinating in smooth implementation of the project, extending post-implementation and application maintenance support to the client.• Reviewing the functional requirement documents, conducting functional tests and analysis of reported defects and assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with technical specifications• Ensuring successful implementation & delivery of quality initiatives at corporate level and providing test consultancy, providing inputs to testing practice.• Managing the testing tasks/activities as defined in the project plan (from initiation through delivery/final implementation).• Responsible for complete end to end automation of test activities by using Android automation tools.

Pad [PPAD] is the new handheld computing device that will combine the Functionality of the Enhanced Super Tracker [EST], the Mobile Terminal and the Automatic Pickup Manifest [APM] in a single device to be utilized by the Express Courier Fleet. Power Pad functionality includes, signature capture, uplink of delivery and pickup scan information through GPRS, and display of dispatch information. • Involved in all phases of testing project like SRS walkthrough and test design/execution activities.• Involved in functional and regression testing of the application on Powerpad devices.• Development of Test Plan and test cases based on requirements analysis.• Involved in Automation of the application using Test Quest Pro and the associated automation framework.• Expertise in setup, execution and debug/modification of automation scripts using Test Quest commands, C and Oracle 9i (SQL commands).• Logging, tracking and validating defects for closure.• Involved in analysis of production and user acceptance defects.• Well versed with QA activities like Metrics Collection, Defect Linking, Requirement Coverage, and QC Review/Audit.

N-Project is a project of Samsung to their major client Vodafone with the main concept of Vodafone 360 as the heart of the product. Vodafone 360 is a brand new set of internet services for the mobile and PC which gathers all of a customer’s friends, communities, entertainment and personal favorites (like music, games, photos and video) in one place. At its heart Vodafone 360 has the most personal address book available, bringing together all of the contacts from the mobile phone, social networks and other internet accounts. It works across a range of mobile phones, including the new, exclusive Vodafone 360 phones, and synchs automatically with the PC. The service is automatically backed up and synchronized, regularly and wirelessly, between the mobile and PC or Mac. All contacts updates, emails, photos and conversation history or settings changes made either at home or when on the move are saved, keeping all the content up-to-date. The Phone was called Vodafone 360 H1 which was using the LiMo operating System.• Developed the test cases for the entirely new concept of Vodafone 360 networking service.• Sanity, Regression, Functionality and Exploratory testing of all the features in the phone.• Developing Test scripts for Automation using Test Data tool.• Setting up the tool for automation testing.• Execution of Automated test scripts.• Achieved 24x7 execution of the Automation.• Raising Defects in Clearquest and Tracking them.• Performed testing of 3G applications at Korea during onsite stay.

Sasken Application Framework (SAF) is a product of Sasken Communication Technologies that aims at bringing out a framework for Mobile Applications which would include nearly 52 applications for different vendors, mainly concentrating on Telephony, Data provisioning and Multimedia applications. Manual Testing of Mobile Applications was carried on target boards provided by one of the World Leader in DSP Solutions and on mobile host set up with a network simulator. The Applications assigned to me were WAP Browser, WAP Push SI, Data Bearer, JAVA, MMS and Email.Roles and Responsibilities at Sasken:• Involved in Feature, Concurrent and Failure testing of various applications.• Functional & Regression testing of the applications.• Coordinating with development teams on critical defects• Erasing old Software and Flashing new software to the target using CSST tool.• Execution of test cases, collecting logs and reporting bugs in Bugzilla.• User Scenario Development and Execution.• Test case development and reviewing of test cases for various applications.• Tacking the reported bugs.
