• Processed and approved various Commercial Claims and Freight Invoices. Ensuring Claims settled within specified time in-order to meet Company KPIs (Key Performance Index).
• Closely monitored vessels on Spot fixture for daily earnings as compared to fixture rates (TCE).

• Served with Teekay Shipping and OMI Shipping, in various seagoing navigation officer capacities from Third Mate to Chief Officer (1995 - 2008). A Master Mariner (FG).
• Extensive seagoing experience on Crude oil tankers, Product/ Chemical tankers. (Handymax / Panamax / Suezmax / CBT)
• Operated and maintained Conventional/ Screw/ Submersible Pumps (Framo).
• Extensive experience of Multiple Grade Loading, onboard Co-mingling/ Blending, Heated cargoes at severe weather conditions (-35* C), Tank Cleanings, Gas Freeing and Tank Entry Operations.
• Extensive experience in ice navigation.
• Dealt with real life emergencies like Engine Room Fire, ME failures, Medical emergencies etc.
