• Design and develop mechanical systems- Flow measuring instruments• Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements as per PO.• Prepare engineering calculations by using Flowel and R.W. miller software, drawings by using Autocad Softare.• Prepare standard procedures using ASME, ASTM, API, AGA, EIL, ONGC specs, ISO-5167.• Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes.• Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members• Review and approve documentation for quality and safety.• Perform project analysis

• Prepare calculations on the proposed machine before completing technical drawings.• Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements as per PO.• Sketch and draw up designs using input from engineers on the team.• Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and structural analysis.• Create designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards.• Submit drawings to customers as per specifications for approvals.• Use customer feedback and data to upgrade, improve or repair the company's existing machines.• Provide support during the building and installation process, ensuring that the machine is built properly and according to design specifications.• Finalize designs and send prints to the production department for Job cards.

• Inspection of Raw Material received from approved vendors.• Acceptance based on statistical sampling to determine whether to accept or reject the material for production batches.• Responsible for verifying incoming materials received from suppliers is in compliance with company drawings, specifications, and requirements.• The verification process includes, current revision, total quantity, material type, physical dimensions etc. and will involve the use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc
