I began my professional journey as a Customer Support Executive at Ibex, where I spent 11 months addressing customer queries for Walmart and KEA. In this role, I honed my problem-solving and communication skills while managing account issues, orders, and refunds. This hands-on experience also allowed me to develop a strong foundation in voice support.For the past 1.5 years, I've been working as an Experience Analyst, initially focusing on operational tasks and ensuring data quality using Salesforce. Over the last year, my role has expanded to managing a partner program, where I work closely with clients to enhance their customer support operations. My responsibilities include handling client communications, mainly through email, and assisting with renewals, quotes, license keys, invoices, and other support-related queries.Leveraging Salesforce, I help clients streamline their processes, ensuring efficient and smooth interactions with their end-users. By facilitating better support systems, I aim to improve overall customer satisfaction and help clients deliver exceptional service experiences.I'm also a full-time Computer Science student at Forman Christian College, Lahore, currently in the very early stages of my degree.
