Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Shortlisting and Hiring process while managing and looking after the overall Business in Pakistan also include in my duties.*Responsibilities for Recruiter**Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline*Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screening*Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing, Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements*Perform reference checks as needed*Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms*Manage onboarding and new hire process*Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process*Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

·         Cater the insurance claims of US doctors.·         Get and cross check the detail of the claims  once submitted by the clinic or hospital·         Create the claim for US insurance companies on behalf of US doctors.·         Follow up the claim AR if denied or rejected then take the corrective action and resubmit it. If accepted and paid then post to doctor’s account.
