Job Scope1. Maintaining electrical power and utilities supply throughout the building.2. Responsible in starting up and shutting down of all building support equipment3. Monitoring the efficient performance of equipment and recording data that related to energy consumption in the building.4. Responsible for carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance and repair for high voltage transformer and switch gear, power generators. In charge of daily facilities building maintenance, water pump, exhaust fan, HVAC, and other building facilities equipment’s.5. Standby for any major electrical breakdown with the responsibility to reinstate the supply of all facilities service back to normal functions. To trouble shoot all facilities plants machinery. To ensure all the safety rules and regulation of Electrical Installation as per Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) act and comply with requirement of authorities.6. Planning, coordinate and execute monthly PPM task during weekly PM or any available machine stoppage to ensure maximum percentage of job done and minimize potential breakdown7. Responsible for handling and operating 11KV ranked equipment, also fully in-charge of carrying out preventive maintenance and servicing all HV/LV equipment. Actively assist on capacity study or improvement. Troubleshooting and repairing works for electrical systems.8. Responsible for ensuring equipment installations or maintenance works are executed according to schedules, quality specified, procedures, and safety and health requirements.9. Check and ensure repair or service job done correctly according to work instruction by using right tools to avoid repeat repair or repeat breakdown.10. Responsible carry out troubleshooting task and take necessary actions if any of the parts/machine breaks down to ensure shorter breakdown time possible.11. Monitoring contractor performance based on completion work, servicing, recommendation, and other issues related to contractor or vendor.
