• Coordinates all bi-weekly last mile RI Vaccine Direct Delivery and logistics activities across 247 Primary Health facilities in 23 LGAs of Sokoto State• Oversee the retrieval of sharps waste, excess vaccines and vaccine empty vials from the CCE-equipped facility, after every last mile vaccine delivery • Provide technical support to team members, state, and partners on training, monitoring, and supervision of Routine Immunization services in PHCs• Provide technical support to State Logistics Working Group (SLWG) on RI and SIAs• Using the LOMIS to provides weekly and monthly progress reports/logs against monthly delivery targets and schedules on RI vaccines delivered to last mile facilities• Work closely with LIOs & LCCOs to ensure bi-weekly vaccine accountability in all the facilities• Responsible for the timely collection, management, analysis, and reporting of valid and reliable vaccine utilization data that meet government and donor reporting requirements • Serves as the daily point of contact from project initiation to completion, including attending meetings with relevant stakeholders and implementing partners in the state• Support the team members on major projects, including planning, administrative, finance and maintaining project documentation• Oversees and allocates equipment (vehicles), including secure storage, assignments, and receipt, sorting and logging in and out of the office and field• Communicates effectively with e-health team members and partnering organizations to establish trust and promote core values of ethics and integrity• Maintains safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
