Partnered with state and local resources/agencies to identify, address, and improve organizational safety programs – resulting is a 92% decrease in OSHA recordables for 2022 compared to 2021, with a 58% decrease overall. Workers’ comp insurance payouts have decreased 65% (year over year) since 2021. Mentored department supervisor(s), preparing them to seek and obtain a leadership/management role outside the organization. Developed a safety accident/incident reporting tool standardizing the reporting, follow up and close out of safety opportunities. Partnered with a 3rd party ergonomics vendor to create physical demand reports allowing us to create a stretching program and pre - employment screening/physical demand test program, resulting in a total recordable incident rate (TRIR) 66% under the industry average, as of 2023. Empowering/coaching team members to continue expanding their knowledge/learning opportunities through trainings, certifications, degrees, etc..... Put into service an on call first aid medic provider to assist in providing high level medical attention to team members when they are injured (on – site) to get them back to recovery faster by seeing a trained medical professional.
