-Ensure daily recording of any entry nventory or exit on SAGE X3-Respect and reinforce internal invetory management procedures-Organize and carryout permanent and annual inventories i.e qualitative and quantitative results via KPI-Organize and carry out material loading in colaboration with logistics-Supervise handling operation on the warehouse and organize tidy up store-Organize space utilization for smooth warehouse operations-Enter material stock movement in the management software (SAGE X3)-Supervise the control upon receipt of each order before intergration into store-Supervise the inspection up receipt of material return from production site and processing of these returns-Report and organise initial findings with transit purchasing manager and supplier when order received are non complaint -Produce a valuated inventory stock in real time , monthly technical and financial assessments of input/ output to be cross referenced with finance department.
