Working as a Packaging Procurement Specialist at Nofoth Food Company. I am responsible for managing the B2B procurement process of packaging materials for 6 brands with more than (180 Packaging items) within the company's portfolio (Mamola, Enabah, Qishtiya, Pinkish Bite, Balah & Honey, Qalab Ice Cream).>. Sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of different type of packaging (Boxes, Containers, Labels), while optimizing costs and maintaining alignment with brand requirements.>. Managing inventory levels of packaging materials for each brand to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. This includes forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels on daily baseis and implementing inventory optimization strategies.>. Prepare regular reports and analysis on KPI, such as cost savings, supplier performance, inventory levels, and compliance metrics, providing insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.>. Knowledge of packaging materials, and manufacturing processes.>. Proficiency in procurement software (ERP) and tools, as well as M.S Office.
