At Flow I owned projects and was a key stakeholder in others that allowed me to grow professionally.• Assisted in creative development, research and execution of marketing messages through print, web, viral, trade shows & events to generate new leads• Responsible for qualifying and responding to all incoming sales inquiries via internet, phone, trade shows and trade publications for the company globally• Work with distributors to authorize and register new leads throughout North America• Managed a CRM of 40,000 accounts for North America, including data integrity and support• Personal efforts are connected to 39% of the 11,403 new leads since I started in August of 2008• Increased new leads by an average of 5.5% per month since August of 2008• Manage social media, doubled twitter followers since June to August of 2011 • Travel to local & national trade shows as a marketing representative and conduct product presentations to groups of up to 100+• Monitor lead, sale, and competitive data trends using our CRM, MS Dynamics and online tools to create reports and presentations on ROI and market trends used by sales and marketing globally• Experience building and maintaining long term relationships in a customer focused environment• Familiarity with working as a team and communicating effectively with different groups – sales, marketing, engineering, Product Management, and Project Management
