This variant process stream integrated configuration across functional areas to provide a process stream from QM, PP, MM, SD, and CRM. By leveraging integration across functionality and teams, we were able to avoid customizing ECC and provided a solution that enabled the business unit to have visibility to inventory derived from various attribute inputs. Leveraged Batch Cockpit (BMBC), Product Structure Browser (CC04) and Quality Inquiry (QA10) to create continuous process stream. Patient and Device TrackingLed a cross functional business team through blueprinting and conceptual design of a device tracking solution. This solution bridged a gap in SAP functionality and enabled tracking of implantable devices from components out to a patient implant. The solution utilized Equipment Master, Serial Master, Batch Master, Bi-Directional Replication, Installed Base, Business Partner and Business Warehouse functionality. Document Management SystemRe-engineered document control processes and leveraged SAP Document Management System. The solution consolidated several legacy document scanning and storage systems into one streamlined business process and provided visibility to key documents across the entire organization by linking to the SAP Batch Master record.

Cardiac Surgery Annual Quality Systems ReportExecutive anthology and analytical narrative of quality systems metrics that included implant, returns, sales and complaint metrics. This compilation afforded executive leaders a unique record of the prior year and a baseline metric for managing the cardiovascular line of products. Included analysis of patient demographics, implant and failure rate analysis, control charts that established upper and lower controls for complaint management, pareto chart summaries by failure type, and return dispositions.
