Projects involved:SGP F-340 D SOUR GAS COALESCING FILTERSGP LP FLARE HEADER UPGRADEMAIN DIESEL FUEL STORAGE EXPANSIONKey Responsibilities:• Prepare / check of structural analysis and design calculations, General Arrangement & Detail Drawings and MTO.• Ensure designs produced are cost effective and optimal in terms of constructability, maintainability, serviceability, and safe operation.• Coordinate with other disciplines, project & site for Civil inputs, schedules and related issues.• Execute design and draughting activities (Concept, FEED, technical study & detailed design).• Ensure effective communication and interface definition between all disciplines for design development, review and check progresses.• Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current releases client, codes, standards procedures.• Review of vendor drawings / other discipline drawings for adequacy of Civil design input requirements.• Monitor and meet the project schedules on submissions of Civil deliverables.• Monitor the progress and performance of project discipline teams.• Attend inter-discipline meetings, internal model reviews & model review with Client.• Provide feedback to the project engineering manager on design progress, budget and schedule.• Allocate work and provide technical assistance to discipline engineers and designers.• Input into progress reports, including listing achievements and highlighting issues as required.• Provide input to the preparation of CTR on projects.• Carry out Constructability Site Survey and produce Site Survey Reports.• Procurement Support.• Construction/Commissioning Field Support.
