From the quiet lanes of Taqıyatas in the Republic of Karakalpakstan to the bustling world of tech startups, my journey has been one of constant learning and evolution. A self-taught programmer, my introduction to coding began on a humble mobile app, Sololearn, igniting a passion that led me from university classrooms to the world of real-time app development. My adventure has taken me through the startup ecosystem of Uzbekistan, working with seasoned engineers from giants like Amazon and Meta, and contributing to innovative platforms that make a genuine difference.Currently, I'm part of the engineering team at Hupo, a groundbreaking startup with a mission to humanize workplaces. At Hupo, we believe that the strength of an organization lies in its compassionate leaders, and we're dedicated to nurturing a new generation of such leadership.
