Firdaus holds a BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering and Diploma in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Mara.Started out as a trainee for ATZ Consultant Sdn Bhd, I was assigned to the Road Safety Audit and Traffic Impact Assessment team where I traveled to various parts of the country with the senior team and conducted inspections and attended meetings. After completing my Bachelor's Degree, I joined SZY Consultant Sdn Bhd as a Civil Engineer. I was heavily involved in infrastructure works and geotechnical works during my tenure there. Some notable projects include PR1MA Housing Scheme at Gambang, Cribwalls at Kem Askar Sungai Panching and various slopes at Cameron Highlands. After working for 2 years in Pahang, I was already accustomed with all the authorities and their procedures in that state.In January 2017, I moved to Selangor where he continues to work as a Civil Engineer at A. Sani and Associates Sdn Bhd at Damansara Jaya. During my tenure, I helped to complete the infrastructure works for a RM200mil project for a 25-storey office building in Mutiara Damansara called Nucleus Tower for Nam Seng Bee Hoon Sdn Bhd.I left the company in December 2018 and joined T.T.E Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd as a Project Executive for the construction of a new production plant for Polyplastics Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd.at Gebeng Industrial Estate in Balok, Pahang Darul Makmur. The project was completed in November 2019.I am currently working as a Project Engineer for Hydrise Solution Sdn Bhd which specialize in project related to Mechanical Static Maintenance Repair for Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers and Tanks. I was tasked with ensuring projects, either onshore or offshore are delivered in time, to prepare work documentation. to liaise with client, contractors, and operations team, managing equipment and manpower, and ensure work is delivered in accordance with Oil & Gas rules and regulations.
