I have been following the development of cellular therapies and regenerative medicine with a view to applying these cutting-edge technologies to actual medical practice. After much deliberation, I decided to start my own medical company specializing in cellular therapies. After market research, I realized that regenerative medicine and cellular therapy have great potential in treating certain chronic diseases and traumas. I also noticed that although there were already many companies in the market involved in this field, there was still a lot of unmet needs, especially in personalized treatments and efficient cell culture technologies. I decided to focus the core business of the company on developing stem cell therapies for degenerative diseases. We developed a detailed business plan including target markets, product lines, competitive analysis, marketing strategies and financial projections. The company will focus on providing stem cell culture, processing and therapeutic services, as well as developing related laboratory equipment and technology. To this end, I have assembled a team of biologists, cytologists and clinicians dedicated to technology development and clinical applications. We have developed a novel stem cell culture technology that significantly improves cell purity and survival. The team is also working with several hospitals to conduct clinical trials and evaluate the results. After several years of hard work, the company has made impressive achievements in the field of cell therapy and has successfully launched a variety of effective stem cell therapy products. The company has not only established a good reputation in the industry, but has also provided patients with effective treatment programs to help them improve their quality of life

After a one-year internship, I joined Enzo Biochemicals as a biological cell researcher to meet new challenges. My main work is cell culture, including cell isolation and purification, designing cell experiments based on research results, executing cell experiments such as transfection, infection, gene knockout and cell viability assays. Analyze, collect and record all experimental data. Develop and optimize new cell culture and analysis techniques through experiments to improve experimental efficiency and reliability of results, and apply the latest biotechnology, such as CRISPR gene editing single-cell sequencing, for cellular function studies. And collaborate with other departments on research results to support drug development, toxicology evaluation and preclinical research programs.
