I began working at ActionAid as Project Officer for the Karamoja Peace Building Project funded by two affiliates, ActionAid UK and ActionAid USA. I successfully completed implementation, evaluation and closure processes. Later, I was appointed on promotion as Acting Local Rights Program Coordinator in Nebbi, West Nile. Shortly, I was moved on another level to head the Gulu and Kapchorwa offices as Cluster Coordinator. Napak, Uganda

I worked with Community Support for Capacity Development to implement Program Corporation Agreement funded by UNICEF. I successfully coordinated the implementation of community based ECD program in Napak district and liaised with other implementing teams, local governments and partners across Karamoja sub-region.

Soroti, Uganda

I had an opportunity to work at IFPRI as Research Assistant and later promoted as Editor. This was a consortium involving IFPRI, TASO Uganda and UN World Food Program conducting a base line and evaluation study on health, nutrition and livelihoods of people living with HIV/AIDS with members of their households. The 2 year study which assessed the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of food aid was funded by Regional Network of AIDS Service Organizations.
