The highlight of my career so far! This role has enabled me to get back into a purely technical role, while expanding my skill set into a different stream of technology, process automation. Working within a team of highly skilled professionals, I am tasked with the programming, factory testing and onsite commissioning of the automation side of our projects. Our systems are exported to all corners of the globe. For larger systems, I have also travelled to some interesting countries to commission the systems and train operators in the use of this outstanding technology.Flavoutech is a company like no other. Responsible for the management, development and technical support of a team of 10 security technicians of varied skillsets and backgrounds. Founding and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. I maintained my technical skills through research, training and a hands on approach when resources were stretched in periods of high demand.

Successfully performed relieving duties of the General manager while on annual leave. This was performed in parallel with my usual duties as service manager. The success of this temporary role was made possible by the support of our staff and directors. Highlights of this time included implementing emergency response and coordinating staff and emergency services during a hazardous situation involving fallen power lines at our Wagga Branch.
