Davaajamts serves as the Managing Director at MStars Hub, a vertical agnostic startup accelerator located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.With over two decades of extensive experience in technology and management across various domains, including entrepreneurship, telecommunications, communications, and policy development, Davaa brings a wealth of expertise to the table.Before joining MStars Hub in 2021, Davaa held the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SKYTEL, a nationwide telecom operator. In this capacity, he spearheaded technology planning and played a pivotal role in advancing next-generation communication systems. Additionally, Davaa is the founder behind TeqStream, a startup dedicated to developing precise time-tracking solutions for enterprises.Prior to his telecom and startup ventures, Davaajamts dedicated over five years of his career to the Government House, where he led several impactful projects. Notably, he championed the "Glass Account" initiative, a transparency project, and successfully helmed "Smart Government," a GovTech endeavour funded by the World Bank.Davaajamts earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from South Federal University in Russia.
