My responsibility is to the Lexis Nexis Research, Business and data areas for both data fabrication core and Lexis Advance and to manage the RETS relationship with the business. Customer advocate within RETS and ensure that the voice of the customer is heard and understood. Manage any escalation and issues within the organization and ensure IT services are meeting the business needs. Monitor and report on an average of seven to eight active projects, twenty to thirty business concepts and multiple work requests and incidents.

My team of 21 staff members was responsible for ensuring that the Data Fabrication processes that support our Editorial and Vendor groups function as smoothly as possible by working on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level issues. My staff was trained by me to use Lean Six Sigma techniques to isolate and fix reoccurring problems and lower the problem intervention rate for the overall data fabrication flow.
