Manage overall operations of the IT Department- Leadership, personnel management, project management- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors- Manage budgets and spending- Monitor Help Desk response times, user satisfaction, make improvements- Manage all hosted and on-prem infrastructure- Research and resolve escalated Help Desk issues- Analyse and identify problem/issue trends and create preventative solutions

- Manage overall operations of the IT Department- Develop, direct and execute on all IT strategies- Work closely with Senior Management to co-ordinate system policies and procedures- Make technology-based recommendations to Senior Management- Provide leadership, personnel management and project management for a team of Developers and Analysts- Serve as liaison between IT and non-technical business units- Oversee IT Department hiring, promotion, review and training of staff- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, co-ordinate and work with directly to complete projects- Immediate supervisor and mentor for team of help desk support technicians- Manage and maintain IT Infrastructure budgets and expenditures- Analyse hardware and software problems, develop technical solutions- Collaborate with staff/management/stakeholders to ensure Infrastructure is meeting business requirements- Analyse business problems, assess implementation of technology- Provide technical support for the business, quality assurance to end-users, support to IT staff- Research and resolve escalated Help Desk issues- Analyse and identify problem/issue trends and create preventative solutions- Manage and maintain hardware inventory, software license library- Monitor Help Desk response times, user satisfaction, make improvements- Evaluate, manage, maintain technical support tools, make recommendations for improvements

- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, File and Print, IIS, Terminal Services, DHCP, DNS, Symantec BackupExec- MS SQL 2005/2008 R2 Database Administration, including security and permissions, backup strategies, high availability- WAN and LAN Network Administration including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and wireless appliances, DM-VPN to 25+ remote sites - performance, security, availability- WAN and LAN Network Administration using Meraki MX Security & SD WAN devices, Cloud Managed Switches and Access Points- Amazon Web Services Administration using EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53- Virtualization Administration using VMWare ESXi with vCenter- Storage Administration using Dell Equallogic SANs- Email Administration including POP3/IMAP, Hosted Exchange (BPOS, Office365) and mobile device configuration including Blackberry, iPhone and Android- Telephony Administration for all locations including legacy Nortel and Cisco Unified Communications, including Cisco Call Manager, Unity and Presence version 8, 11.5.- Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery scenarios, periodical testing- Manage, monitor all company data, ensuring integrity, security, availability
