As part of my most recent role at NTT Data, my work primarily included leading a series of efforts to design and implement tools and processes crucial to the ongoing operations of NTT DATA’s recently established Health Plan and Life Sciences consulting practice, including spearheading the development and management of an end-to-end tracking tool to manage the practice’s multi-million-dollar sales pipeline, serving as an analytics strategy, visualization and design thinking SME in developing internal sales offerings, leading the creation of assets for practice to pursue sales opportunities, leading/coaching junior team members, and spearheading the delivery of the following projects while managing c-suite and senior director level client relationships:Data Migration Strategy Roadmap Engagement Lead (Large Health Insurance Company)- Led the development of a migration strategy roadmap over the course of 3+ months for our recently merged client’s consolidated data warehouse planning efforts, leading a team of 8 people in total in creating a multi-year and multi-million-dollar data migration plan (via a series of collaborative ideation workshops) in collaboration with senior (Director and VP-level) client counterparts for presentation to the CIO.- Driving a team of 20+ to complete day-to-day implementation of the migration strategy as a program manager overseeing all project workstreams.Project Lead at Large US National Health Plan:- Led a team of 4 across two phases of work in conducting a current state assessment to rationalize the client’s internal processes for updating fee schedule data and providing the strategic foundation for a long-term approach to maintaining and curating provider payment data for the organization.- Led the creation of a future state roadmap and cohesive process improvement approach that served as the baseline for a large transformational initiative to provide senior stakeholders (e.g., SVP, C-Suite) with actionable data.

During my time as a consultant, I focused on driving and delivering analytics strategy projects - building my skillset as a subject matter expert in that space across several industries:Data Analytics & Visualization Lead at Leading Health Insurance Technology Company- Led the design and creation of a strategy to track the effectiveness of the client’s programs, as well as member satisfaction, quality of coverage, primary needs, and growth areas. Defined future state roadmaps for the enablement of a series of dashboards as part of that plan and led the rationalizing the organization’s disparate data sets to create those tools.Project Consultant at Humanitarian Assistance Non-Profit:- Led 20+ interviews over the course of 6 weeks to comprehensively capture the lessons learned & action items resulting from our client’s hurricane response efforts in late 2020.- Led a workshop with client senior stakeholders to showcase the story built during interviews and determine the strategic direction of their humanitarian assistance efforts across the world.Data Strategy Lead at Military-Focused Research Institute- Led the creation of a comprehensive data strategy document for the institute, by holding a series of assessment sessions to craft the end-to-end story of their data assets and goals.- Served as the institute’s Data Analytics SME to understand/apply best practices in the data space.Digital Assessment Consultant at Dallas Workforce Board- Led a team with 2 analysts to create a social media strategy assessment with the largest workforce board in the Dallas area, with the goal of improving their online engagement strategy with potential employers.Data Analyst at Healthcare Payer Corporation- Implemented results management tracking/monitoring assets (using Tableau) to identify areas where 12 medical initiatives failed as part of an $90 million cost saving project. - Managed a 10-member offshore team in developing the monitoring Tableau dashboards.
