I founded Shivinc Food Sciences with the vision to create an unique rating systems to enable users to choose food right for them without having to worry about understanding nutrition related concepts and calories. We got some traction and recognition during the food controversy of MSG swept the country.

Co-founded Taxsmile.com, a company setup with the vision to simplify Income Tax management for Individuals. This was a challenging journey that started with my forte of running the technology to areas that helped me grow by taking responsibility for entire P&L, liaising with Indian Income Tax Department (Systems) at Delhi & Bangalore, Corporate Customer Acquisitions, Marketing, Customer Support and Partner Network creation across country.

I consulted with Misys Retail Banking System, to set up and run the Development Services Group within the company’s Professional Services Division.Scope of this consultation included defining organizational structure, setting up of all processes to be followed by the group, procurement of hardware for setting up Solution’s Centre as well as run few projects to display the completion of the assignment.

My entrepreneur stint started with re-organizing the Travel business to focus on providing complete travel planning services rather than just providing just piecemeal ticketing through tie-up with companies in India and outside, standardization of travel planning & re-training of staff to ensure consistent customer experience.

At Misys, I was on a fast track, moving roles from ‘Systems Analyst’ to ‘Technical Architect’ within4 years. Though the title was Technical Architect, I had multiple responsibilities during the last 2years, which included:• Product management of B@nk.power a configurable process defining & deployment product, including defining road map, development & support.• Led a team of technology specialists in Bangalore office, responsible for architecture of the company’s next generation Branch Banking System as well adherence to architecture & design standards for all development out of the Bangalore office.• Part of the Global Architecture Team requiring peer reviewing of architecture of companies other products as well as recommending technology for them.• Participated in Pre-Sales discussions with prospective customers• Participated in technology due diligence for potential acquisitions by the company

Started professional career as developer on software development projects for insurance & banking sectors for global product companies.
