My entrepreneur stint started with re-organizing the Travel business to focus on providing complete travel planning services rather than just providing just piecemeal ticketing through tie-up with companies in India and outside, standardization of travel planning & re-training of staff to ensure consistent customer experience.

• Product management of B@nk.power a configurable process defining & deployment product, including defining road map, development & support.
• Led a team of technology specialists in Bangalore office, responsible for architecture of the company’s next generation Branch Banking System as well adherence to architecture & design standards for all development out.
• Part of the Global Architecture Team requiring peer reviewing of architecture of companies other products as well as recommending technology for them.
• Participated in Pre-Sales discussions with prospective customers
• Participated in technology due diligence for potential acquisitions by the company
