Provide high quality telephone / email based technical and application support for North American enterprise health care scheduling environments. - Fill technical role for net new and upgrade Workforce Central ESP projects. Review customer requirements and current environments to complete hardware recommendations for new environment.- Perform software installation and configuration of future environment including certification of both test and production environments.- Work closely with other Technology Consultants, Solution Consultants, Project Managers and Application Consultants on large environment implementations.- Build and configure Windows servers to fill various roles including web, application and SQL database servers.- Function as a trusted technical resource for geographically diverse Software Support Team as well as several Canadian based Application Consultant Team.
