I successfully ran my own Flooring and Carpet Installation business. I was in charge of 2 teams consisting of 3 people each. I was responsible for prospecting of new business, meeting with prospects to do a assessment of the job, and providing them a quote detailing what will be addressed. I also maintained current relationships with clients and vendors and grew business by 200% within 1st 3 years.

I was on a crew of 4 carpet/flooring installers. Installed carpet, flooring and any other needs for customer. I was crew lead within 6 months on the job, and running multiple crews by the time I left that position to open up my own business.
