Consistently striving to improve operational efficiencies, data quality, and automation for the benefit of the organization and the end client.Achievements:- Successfully transformed online research programs across North America business to increase sampling efficiency, and deliver shorter, engaging, and fully device agnostic surveys to online respondents. Since starting my position, tripled the volume of mobile survey interviews, increased qualified sample conversion by over a third, and reduced undesirably long/poor performing surveys by over 80%.- Designed, directed the execution of, and delivered impactful research-on-research for the adoption of Kantar’s “V4” survey delivery toolset across the North America business. This also included successfully navigating the matrix of stakeholders for internal survey platform development, and providing clarity and direction for senior NA leaders to transition to V4 in 2022. The results have been used to direct transitions in other global markets, and to assist updating automated survey templates.- Effectively strategized, briefed internal teams and clients, and then executed large-scale supplier management changes across 150+ US and Canada Kantar samples to using Dynata, after the consolidation of suppliers: Research Now, SSI and Critical Mix. Following a three-to-six-month transition strategy, customized to an individual account’s sample needs, no account team identified any survey data changes attributed to the transition.- Led the design, project management, and execution of the North America Weekly Pulse to track respondent attitudes and behaviors affected by COVID pandemic in 2020. The Pulse provided key consumer insights for account teams and clients on a weekly basis to support any data trend changes across tracking/repeat studies. The Pulse expanded to include key social movements including Black Lives Matter, and the US presidential elections.- Addressed challenges in evaluating sample validation for B2B studies, through redesigning Kantar’s proprietary Honesty Detector tool’s content, use and process for the North American business. The new tool provides better assessment of sample quality and performance, and has improved internal and external confidence with completed survey data.
